  Master scammers. I hired a van and paid for using the black tunnel same day. only to get a charge of £125 from Enterprise claiming i did not pay the fee for the tunnel. I had to appeal with TFL which i did and the charge was cancelled with TFL. However enterprise has not returned my £125 back to my account. No response from their email. Nobody will assist at the branch, only refered to the email. This has happened to me twice in 1 month. Clearly a error they have with their vehicle recognition with TFL.
